Pass it down. The way it was always meant to be.

You've spent decades mastering your trade. Will2Skill connects you with young learners who are ready to inherit that knowledge — straight from the source, the way trades have always been taught.

Registration: always open

Our mission

A lifetime of skill deserves to be passed down.

Every day, master tradespeople — electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, and many more — carry decades of hard-won knowledge in their hands. That wisdom was never in a textbook. It was passed from master to apprentice, one generation to the next. Will2Skill exists so that chain never breaks.

Trades are inherited, not downloaded.

The best way to learn a trade has always been the same — someone who has done it for thirty years stands beside you and shows you how it's really done. That living knowledge is rare and irreplaceable. Whether you've been at your craft for decades or are only starting out, the next generation needs what you know.

Registering takes about five minutes and doesn't require an office visit or a resume — just your trade, your years, and your contact details. If you know a master craftsperson who could use a hand filling out the form, sit with them and help them through it.

What we won't do

We won't ask for fees or lock you into rigid schedules. You teach at your own pace, on your own terms. Our only promise is this: when we find a young learner ready to learn your trade, we'll bring them to you.

Every detail you share is stored safely. When we find young learners ready to learn your trade, our team will reach out to you directly — no middlemen, no fees, at a pace that works for you.

Every trade has a story worth passing on

If you've mastered a skill, we want to connect you with someone eager to learn it — whether or not you see your trade listed below.

How it works

Three simple steps. No office visit, no paperwork to carry around.

Step 2

We keep your details safe

Once you submit, your profile is saved. Nothing to print, no office to visit, nothing that can get lost.

Step 3

Start passing it down

When we find young learners ready for your trade, we'll connect you — so your knowledge lives on in the next generation.
